At our local BJ's (Framingham, MA) I found snow pants and snow bibs marked down to $3.00 each today. I don't see a brand name; they seem well made. My BJ's had navy and lilac. At that price I bought snow bibs for next year and the year after!
They size them 2/3, 4/5, 6/6X, 7/8, 9/10, etc. I am not sure what the smallest size I saw or the largest size was. Other stores may have other colors too.
