Looking for a diaper backpack with hip support

Does anyone know of any good diaper backpacks that come with the hip strap / support? I have back and neck problems, so regular over the shoulder bags and even backpacks without the support are hard for me.

What about a hiking backpack (Dakine comes to mind)? I use all sorts of bags as diaper bags. My Kipling is the fav right now.

If you do find a good one-let me know-I too have a bad back.
