Why can't they just make more??

I see that Wii and other video games are hard to find. You almost have to hunt them down. Ok, I have to ask... why can't the company just make more???? It's not like they won't sell!

I'm sure they are trying to create more demand and make them more desirable, but it sounds very annoying to me!
