We are starting to research homes, from afar, for our relocation this summer. While we were home this past weekend we checked out a few properties and found a lot of deer roaming through the yards/area. Are there any plants ~ vegetables and flowering ~ that deer are NOT attracted to??? Any additional words of wisdom to share??? We are used to container gardening tomato plants, basil, and peppers on our raised deck ~ totally different experience!

TIA!!

We have a deer issue. There are some plants that they are not attracted to ( I had a list off the web and asked at a local garden center as well), but if they are hungry enough they will eat anything really. We have used bear pee and netting with stakes in the past. The netting works best for us. You can also use soap shavings to deter the deer.
