Has anyone worked with Niceharbor.com from ebay to get a wedding gown? I found one at Tiffany's that I LOVED, but it was completely out of my price range. I found the same one on ebay from a seller called niceharbor. I haven't been able to get i touch with them to see how my order is coming. It's only been a couple of weeks, but I am getting worried.
