I keep seeing these advertised everywhere. Are they comfortable? Any real benefits to them?

I have these. In fact, I was out walking the dogs with DD in the stroller over the weekend, and my neighbor asked me about them.
I don't think they are really worth what I paid for them which was well over the $20 that I might pay for them now if that's how much they were.
The thing is, they are not that comfortable. The way the sole is angled it kind of makes you stick your butt out when you are just standing relaxed. So I'm sure that's how the "fit" part of it works, since you have to sort of hold your butt in and tighten your core to walk more comfortably. So yes, I used them last week since it was pretty hot here and I wanted to wear sandals while out on my walk. But if you want them to wear as comfy shoes, you will probably be dissapointed. They take a bit of work to wear basically!

I honestly think the Teva Mush and the Sanuk Yoga mats are much more comfy!
