I've had good luck with shoebuy.com. Sign up for their email alerts -- they usually offer $10 off a $30 purchase or 20% discounts pretty regularly. You might also check out shoes.com. Free shipping and no taxes at both.

Amazon usually has good prices, and they share their inventory with endless.com. So, what I usually do is order from endless and have them price match to Amazon. Since it's the same inventory, whatever's in stock at endless will also be in stock at Amazon and they'll process the PM immediately. Plus, you get free overnight shipping.

You could also PM to rightstart.com, which has some styles on sale right now.
