Where to get non-plastic dress up hats? Patterns to make?

I would like to get (or make) my dd a fabric fireman, police man , mailman, construction hat for her dress up area... Any places to buy them or patterns to make them?

Thanks Tondi-- I did check there but found nothing. I remember something from a while ago but since it's not still for sale it doesn't come up in searches.

Anyone have any favorite costume sellers that I could check out their history?
