Target.com coupon problem?

I'm trying to use this from the pinned coupon thread:

10% off code TCVSASAVETEN (New customers only) never expires

It's not working for me and won't say why. I'm a new customer. Anyone have any idea why or have a different code? I've qualified for free shipping and got 3% ebates, but would love a % off. TIA!

I don't know about that coupon, but if you have AAA, you can go through the AAA site to target.com and save 10%. You can go through AAA, put items in your cart, close out and then go through Ebates.
