Why do these shows get to me so much?? I swear I sit & bawl watching all the kids who have it so hard. Please tell me I'm not the only one. I think it's the "Mommy" gene that makes me want to just adopt them all. And man, I love Bono!

I hear you. They just did the story with Annie Lenox and the 4 boys with no family. :*( It's hard, and overwhelming to think of all the suffering in the world and how can *I* help or make a difference with a tiny bit of money. Honestly, I was going to donate, but then I got Jen's message about Samuel and maybe it's selfish but that small amount of money will go straight to a family to help them and I feel like it may make a bigger difference. No organizational overhead, just straight to them. And they need it, too.

Regardless of where you send help, I am *trying* to remember that no help is small help.

We are all so very fortunate.
