Edit: The 20% off all clearance is actually valid until 5/10. It applies to all clearance toys, not just legos.
Just got back from the Blossom Hill Toys R Us and found two sets that were 75% off.
Wheel Loader Technic 8271 $6 (reg. $20)
This is found in the usual Lego area, top shelf by the Creator Legos.
About 4 left.

This is hidden. Not by the usual Lego area. It's right by the exit, by the clearance shelf parallel to the cash registers. There were about 10-12 left.
There's an automatic 20% discount taken off at the cash register making the above $12 and $5. Use the $5 off $25 coupon and you can bring the cost down to less than $10 and $4.

This is a nationwide sale, but from the posts on SD and my personal experience, a lot of the clearanced Legos have been cleared out - by Ebay reselllers, I suspect.
