Bookcases/Shelving

Where is a good place to buy inexpensive yet good quality bookcases/shelving for my soon to be playroom? I don't want anything too high - 3 shelf limit max. And I want it to be sturdy enough that I don't always worry about it tipping over.

As far as tipping over, attach everything to the wall. There is too much temptation and too much danger in a child climbing shelves.

Just this weekend we took a couple of old 4-shelf wooden bookcases we had and cut them down to 2-shelf units. If we hadn't had the old bookshelves we were going to look at Ikea.

I second the IKEA suggestion if you live near one. We have 5 tall book shelves that we bought 7 years ago and they have held up really well. We have a LOT of books and the shelves haven't warped at all. We have the "Billy" range.

I love these from Target. The shelves aren't adjustable (or at least not much? can't check now b/c ds is asleep in that room) so the tallest books have to lay down flat instead of spined but I still love it. Very sturdy and good looking, imo, especially for the money. We also have and like IKEA shelves. Target ones:
