Tether ??? in 2004 Subaru Outback Wagon

Was just at my cousins and she installed a Blvd RF in her 2004 Subaru Outback Wagon. Where do you tether to?

I removed one of the plastic caps covering the bolt where the front passenger seat rails are bolted to the floor and wrapped the tether anchor around that on our 2001 Outback Wagon. I assume it's similar with the 2004.
