remind me about harness slots

Remind me the rules for harness slots, both RF and FF? How do you know when to change the slot height?

I know how to rethread our Evenflo Triumph, but I can't remember when I'm supposed to do that...and the manual is MIA...

At or below for rearfacing (to hold them down from 'ramping' out of the seat, at or above for forwardfacing (to hold them 'back' in a frontal crash).
