Does anyone have a good website for a list of recommended books? We have been going crazy at the library & I'm always searching for good books, especially for dd who will be in K this fall. I feel like we're always going for the same authors. Thanks!

Your local library will probably have various lists for children (based on age/skill level) and adults based on interest. Or you could ask your reference librarian for the Reader's Advisory section.

Scroll down to the section where it says "Early School Years Book Reviews". These are for children ages 5-7.

Jim Trelease's book, The Read Aloud Handbook, is a great source for age appropriate books.

I second the Read Aloud Handbook.
These are sites I have bookmarked. My girls are still young, so I can't really vouch for any of these, but maybe some are good?
