We currently have 2 Regents. My 3.5 yr old in one and 5.5 yr old in the other. We are considering a new car, and would like to get 3 across (1 yr old in MA).
Beyond that we always bring our carseats when we fly and would like to use the folding feature of the Radian.
That said - here are my questions.
If I switch to the Radian, will I be losing any 5 pt. harness longevity for my kids. They are on the skinny side, so I'd have to say that height will be an issue before weight.
What age do kids typically outgrow these seats?
I saw that the torso height on the Radian is 17.5" and on the Regent it is 20". At what age are they typically too tall for these seats?
My kids are typically below the 50% in weight - would the Radian 80 be overkill?
Thanks as always.
