Booster Q - slightly confused

I've been reading up on the newer booster options, and I have a question.

My understanding was that a belt-positioning booster couldn't be used with LATCH. Is that not the case?

*Some* belt positioning boosters allow the use of lower anchors and/or top tethers. Off the top of my head:

Graco Nautilus (now allows both)
Graco Cargo (top tether only in the past and maybe LA also now)
Jane Indy Plus
Britax Frontier
Sunshine Kids Monteray
Recaro (not sure on this one - top tethers only I think)

ETA: This is for the US - no idea what Canadian ones are available or if the rules are the same.

And Clek (but that's a backless, so not ideal for young kids).

Yes on the Recaro, the Start and Young Sport can/should be top tethered. No on the Vivo/Lite :)
