"Oily", orange'ish droplets in pee?

So now that we're working on potty training with Zach - we've noticed these small orange'ish "oily" like droplets in his pee after he's done. He's not complaining of anything or having any issues otherwise - but it's kind of freaky to see this yellow pee in the potty with these strange oil-like droplets floating in it. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks.

maybe uric acid, but I don't remember it being oily. it can be pink to orange.

I've noticed it when ds1 was in diapers and I asked his ped. It's common to see, esp if slightly dehydrated.
