A great sitter may have fallen into our laps unexpectedly. It would be 100% just a summer situation. We would withdraw the kids from daycare, which I am not fond of the summer program. It is a college student.
What do we need to think about?
Insurance?
Reporting income? Cash?
We live in suburbia, but walking distance from a few parks, etc. The Y should be driven too.
We would keep driving with the kids to a minimum, and would get her a Y/Pool membership which is right more than 1 mile from our house.
She is excellent! I trust her 100% with the kids, house, etc.
