What age to use the exersaucer?

I can't remember what age babies should be to use an exersaucer/walker type thing. Anyone know off hand?

I think we started putting them in there around 4 mos. for another anti-reflux station. At 5 mos, DS is using everything, spinning, just having a good ol' time! Sadly, M-F it is his "my sister's going to the potty" hang out!

We've been letting ds use it for 10-15 min/ day since he was about 4m. I think that they recommend good trunk control for a sign that they are ready.

We started with both DSs at 4 months.

Nathan was about 4 mo he had nasty reflux and it seemed to help him being up. It was a life saver while I cooked dinner or did dishes I d say 15-20 min at at time but several times a day.

We also started around 4 months. She's now 9 mo and still happily spending about 20 min in it daily while I shower and dress. Other than that, she's too busy crawling and cruising to like it.
