For a girls name... We're set on Elise for a first name, but haven't had much luck picking a middle name. The few choices we have so far are:

Elise Marie - Marie is a family middle name, all aunts and most cousins have it
Elise Kathleen - Kathleen is DH grandma's name
Elise Christine - We like, but have a flaky cousin named Christina

Our last name is 2 syllables, starts with a B, ends with an N. Thought about using one of our mom's names (Catherine or Lynne), but were saving those as second choice first names. My name is Elizabeth, so "Elise" is basically after me already. My maiden name is German and would not make a good middle name, lol.

Any ideas would be most appreciated!! :)

TIA!

Elise Marie reminds me of Lisa Marie. I think I like Elise Christine best, but Elise Kathleen sounds good too, and it has the benefit of honoring a grandmother. Elise is a very pretty name, btw.

Elise is a very pretty name, btw.

Thank you, we really like it!! :D

Love the name Elise. That was one of our middle name choices for a girl, but we had two boys! :) We had decided on Renee Elise, so Elise Renee is my vote. But, from your list, I vote for Elise Christine! Maybe you could spell it Kristine to remind you less of the flaky cousin. Good luck!

Before I even looked at your choices I thought of Marie & Kristine....of course my name is Kristine Marie so I'm sure you can see why those pop into my head. ;) Oddly enough my Mom's first name is Kathleen & that is our older DD's middle name...so I like them all. :D I'm a lot of help, huh? lol

I like Kathleen. I really wanted to name DD Mary Elise but DH vetoed and we stuck with what we already had (Mary Elizabeth). Love, love, love Elise!
