What a waste of ice cream AKA how do you clean a BV?

Grandma left a PINT of ice cream on the BV seat over night (HOW DO YOU MISS A PINT OF ICE CREAM). The seat has a bunch of ice cream slobber on it. How do I wash/dry the cover? What about the foam under it?

I've had good luck putting my covers in the most delicate cycle my washer has, and you can wash the foam out in the kitchen sink. Just a dollop of detergent on each thing, and air dry (or 'no heat' cycle in the dryer...).
