Cutie pie!

OK, so is it just me, or does it look like he has more room harness-wise in the RN??

I'm looking for DD#1's "next" seat and was hoping it would be the Frontier. But, if the top slots are about the same height as the RN, that's obviously not going to happen.

Does the Nautilus have a higher top slot than the Frontier? Otherwise, I'm s.c.r.e.w.e.d. b/c the Regent isn't legal in Canada (we have the Frontier and apparently are getting the Nautlius).

Are those the two pictures with them in the highest slot?

You can make the harness straps go up higher by just adjusting the headrest you don't have to rethread through harness slots like all the other Britaxes. "The harness height adjuster also adusts the height for the head restraint in harness mode".. quote from manual

Yes on the Radian. No on the Frontier

He has another an extra .5 to .75 inches in the Frontier over the Radian I'd say. I will measure when I have a chance.

Edited due to user error! (thanks jools)

ARGH!! Working on it. The Frontier all the way up photos can't post b/c they are too BIG and I am challenged to make them smaller. My posts are WRONG (thanks Jools!). I will repost when I can figure out how to make them smaller.

Frontier all the way up

Can you tell me how much more harness room there is over the RN? I'm struggling to tell from the photos (though they are definitely helpful).

Is it worth it to get a Frontier (we need an abbreviation!) after a RN? I want to keep DD#1 harnessed for as long as possible, but am wondering if the Frontier will work for that purpose.

TIA

I will measure and post when DS wakes up if he is feeling cooperative :)

Ok so I need to remeasure with DS out of the seat because I have a hard time believing this but measured and the Radian had 3.5 inches and the Frontier had 3.25 -- both seats all the way up. DS is 40 inches tall.
