Snugride infant car seats haven't changed in the past 3 years, have they?

I'm selling my spare car seat base but just wanted to make sure that it would fit a newer car seat.

Yeah, bases are all compatible. Theoretically if it's labeled to 20 pounds, you wouldn't want to use a SR labeled to 22 pounds with a kid over 20 pounds, but they've never come out with any major advisories saying so (and most kids are too tall before 20 pounds anyway, yeah?)
