how bad is it to use disposable nipples more then once

started to get Jacob to take a bottle, well so far 2 times but I am using the bottle that came with the pump & disposable nipples that I reuse, is this bad ? I did try the Playtex drop in but that didn't work, he didn't like it, I guess I'll try a different bottle next week but for now is it ok to keep using the disposable nipples & washing them ?

I am attempting the bottle only once a day & not even every day a few time's a week .
