Any bargain parkways still out there?

Does anyone know if there are still any deals to be found on the parkway booster? If not, is the graco turbobooster the best option for a low-cost high back booster? I'm only looking for a seat as a spare seat when we have a playdate rider. We already have seats for each kid in each car, but have realized that sometimes it is tricky to plan ahead and get the spare out of DH's car before he leaves for work. Any ideas?
Also, are there any inexpensive options to harness over 40 pounds? DS is in the MA for most rides, but rides twice a week in DH's car. He is 38 lbs, almost 40 inches, 3y 2m.

Hmmm... not seeing it - they do have several styles available, but still at $99.99....

Looks like they are gone :( they were Sapphire. Albeebaby looks to have them for $60, that was the best I found, and only in collegiate.
