Here is the link to the form you need to get the $100 BC Climate Action Change Dividend for your dependents (or if you haven't filed BC tax returns in 2006 or 2007):

You need your SIN and 2 pieces of ID (1 with address). For the dependents, you need their SIN and 2 pieces of ID.
