tote? I found the Paradise Peacock Roll (they also had boxy backpacks) at TJ Maxx for $49.99. Of course, now I would rather have the Misty Shanghai. Has anyone seen it on sale?

$49 sounds like the best deal!

I can only think of better deals when PPB has seconds sales every once in a while. $49 is an awesome price - lower than I've seen them go on eBay, even.

Also, Misty Shanghai is the glazed fabric, versus brocade. The glazed fabric is wipe clean and only a little heavier. I had a PPB boxy backpack in the glazed Mumbai fabric for a while and it was really nice and way more durable than brocade (FWIW).

Sorry, haven't checked the boards in a couple of weeks! Saw them at the University Heights TJ Maxx in Cleveland.

I did buy the Touring Tote in Peacock Paradise, but returned it. I'm going to hold out for the Shanghai. I actually prefer the glazed fabric. We're moving to Seattle and I've decided that water resistant is a better idea for me!
