pampers with an umbilical cord cut-out?

does pampers still make a newborn swaddler diaper with a cut-out for the umbilical cord? i can't find them anywhere!

That's what they gave me in the hospital 7 months ago. I never bought any, though. I just bought size 1 and folded down the front.
