Mother's Milk Breastfeeding Supplies was recommended on page 254 of the 7th edition of Baby Bargains. Their prices, free shipping and the fact that the woman who owns the company is supposed to be a neonatal nurse made the company attractive. I ordered a breast pump on May 15 and was immediately charged for it, but have yet to receive any form of confirmation from the company, which I have attempted to contact several times via email. (I did receive a receipt from Paypal.) The website appears to be unavailable (www.mothersmilkbreastfeeding.com, not to be confused with mothersmilk.com) and the telephone number answers, but the mailbox is full. If I'd received some kind of response or confirmation from the company, I could be more patient. However, I really need the pump now, or at least need to know that it's en route. Whatever is up with this company, I hope it's just a minor glitch and that no one else is having difficulty with their orders.
