Where to buy a rubber band for bottle/sippy cup?

DS just started day care and we neeeeed that wonderful thing! Name tags pill right off his sippy cup, and his teacher writes his name on a lid, which is not good either :(
I remember there was a thread about those bands, but of course we didn't need them that time...
