Newly two YO Kate keeps saying this over and over. She seems very concerned and puts her palms up to emphasis what she is obviously deeming the seriousness of this situation. Could this be a line she has heard in some cartoon, does anyone recognize this? I know it makes sense in some context, at least to her, but I have no clue!!!! ANYONE?
