Does anyone know what this could be?

So for the past few days I've been feeling "off". I've been a little shaky like I've had too much coffee, when I've had none. A little lightheaded like I might have low bloodsugar, even after I've eatn. I have a minor stiff neck & some "tightness" on the back of my head. I just don't feel right. Maybe a little dizziness.

Anyone had this before? Know what it might be?

It was fine on my last blood test which was a couple of months ago.

Could be quite a few things, honestly. Is there anything that has changed for you or in your environment in the past month or so?

If you feel like this for a while, I'd go to the doc and get a CBC, just to make sure.

I was going to say anemia as well. The other time I've felt that way was when I went off my antidepressants...

I agree with the PP though...go get some bloodwork to be sure.

ETA - sometimes that's how I feel when I first start coming down with something.

Thyroid issues -- maybe hyperthyroid. That's exactly how I feel when my thyroid is high.
