South Beach Diet-need a specific recipe for dinner tonight!

Does anyone have any of the SB diet books? I am looking for a specific recipe-the yellow squash/zucchini and walnuts side dish.
We packed most of our kitchen stuff for the move last night and I forgot to leave that book out. :(
