No plastic shower curtains in our house currently, but man, keeping track of all this stuff to avoid is getting downright tedious!

OK so what the heck am I supposed to use then? Are there other alternative non pvc/vinyl plastic curtains cause we have no other option than a shower curtain in our apt bathroom!

Try an untreated polyester fabric one. Think bumkins bibs fabric. I have one and it works well.

Yeah, that news has actually been out for a while. Vinyl flooring, etc. all has yucky stuff (and I can't wait to get rid of ours when DH is done school!).

Catalogs like Gaiam sell hemp shower curtains. (yeah, sounds crazy crunchy but I've heard even more mainstream bed/bath stores are carrying them now too)
