Q. about disputing purchase with credit card

I may not need to do this, but I want to be prepared in case I do. We bought a bed for DS at local furniture store, paid with credit card. They had to order it in, it would be 2 weeks, then told 1 week delay, then I call and told it would be yesterday, I call today and am told they will get a delivery tomorrow. I'm getting a little worried that this bed may never turn up! How long do I have to dispute with credit card company - the purchase was already on our last bill.

I think you have 60 days from the time of purchase. Good luck, I hope the bed shows up!

Thanks. It's only been 3.5 weeks. What has me worried is the lack of organization at the store. When I call, no one seems to know what is going on. Hopefully, it's just a poorly managed store rather than I "we've taken your money" situation. And DS really needs his bed, he's too big for the converted crib.
