hi all,
terry gross interviewed dr. hugh samson, the pres. of the american academy of allergy, asthma and immunology today, mostly about food allergies, their growing prevalence, his team's research, etc.

i know there are a lot of parents of food allergic children around here. i doubt there's much new info for most of you, but for those of us who don't 'live' with this everyday it was an interesting interview.
one point he discusses briefly is the recent change in recommendations for pregnant women. i know the instructions i got with DS #2 this time were very different from #1. just curious if anyone has done a lot of reading in this area or the early introduction of common allergen foods with infants (after starting solids)? thoughts? links?
