I noticed when I started to use the double seat on my (less than a year old) P&T Sport that the thing the belts clip into (velcro'ed to the seat) was missing. I called Magic Beans where I got the stroller and they were unusually unfriendly about this. I had called them b/c the P&T web site said to call the retailer for issues. I then called Regal and they put one in the mail to me no questions asked :)

I have the P&T sport using the double seat for about 8months. I can't visualize what you are talking about. Would you mind posting a picture or a link?

I can try to describe it a little better. You may not have even realized but if you look at the crotch strap (where the web straps clip in) it velcros to the seat (turn it around and you will see that it velcros to the seat). That is missing. The lady at Regal had to go get a seat to see what I was talking about. :)

Without it the web straps would not have anything to clip into.
