Any ideas for DDs wagon for 4th of July kiddie parade?

Our town has a kiddie parade every year for the 4th of July. We have never gone before, but my daughter has heard about it and wants to participate this year. The problem is that since we've never gone, I have no idea what people do! The newspaper says bring your wagon, bike or trike, and that's it. Does anyone have any good (and quick. oh yeah, and easy) ideas to decorate her wagon for this "festive" occasion. She has a red, white, and blue shirt she could wear, and I thought I would do her hair up with some 4th of July accessories, but other than that, I've got nothing. Any ideas?
