Shopping seat cover w/ 5pt harness?

I'm having a hard time finding a shopping seat cover with shoulder straps as well as the lap belt. I have had a toddler and I know that it's helpful to have an extra harness. :)

I bought an Eddie Bauer one at Target and it has the right straps but the seat is a PITB.

I would like it if it attached to the shopping cart in a substansial way as well as a quick, easy one. The EB one had to be tied and tethered in all these spots.

You might try ebay. There are a lot of sellers on there that make shopping cart covers and may make them with the 5pt harness.

I have a Buggy Bagg and love the ease of use. It does NOT have a 5 point harness, but you may ask if one is available via special order. Also, this cart cover can attach to the cart for added safety (you can put your child in a 3 pt or 5 pt harness, but it doesn't do any good if the cover isn't attached to the cart and your child decides to climb out).
