Which diaper for camp?

DS goes to camp at his preschool for three hour sessions. He wears his swim trunks there and they do the water play at the end of the session. Send him in a swim diaper, or in a Pull-Up? I'm not too positive that they will change him into the swim diaper before they go out. The two diapers feel very similar to me.

A swim diaper will not hold much urine. It doesn't take much for them to leak. If he is still peeing in his diaper then I would definitely send him in a pullup and send along a swim diaper. If the pullup gets wet it should still be fine unless he sits in water and then it will just soak up water. However, if he pees in the swim diaper, chances are very good that it will leak.

You were absolutely right about the leaking. As soon as we got home he tells me that he is peeing and I see it trickling down his legs.

Will send him in a Pullup tomorrow and a swim diaper in the bag. They just play in the sprinkler, or with water balloons, no pools so I think the pullup should be fine.
