Baby Jogger City Mini for walks?

So the BJCM look slike a perfect option for us, but is the ride smooth enough for walks in the neighborhood? I hate a bumpy ride for a newborn, but I don't really have space to store a jogging stroller. I was hoping the city mini would fit the bill for the mall and neighborhood strolls, maybe even a trip to disney or the zoo?

I found mine a little more rattly than our air-tired Mountain Buggy, but it had a touch of suspension to keep it from being downright bumpy like our umbrella strollers are. If you have at least decent sidewalks it's really fine, I think.
