I love shutterfly customer service

I had a free 8X8 book from the dogster coupon that many of us got... But I accidently let my slip by on June 30th without using it. I called Shutterfly tonight thinking it would be worth a shot to try and get it back and she let me have a 1 time courtesy book!!!! I cant believe it, they are GREAT. I love their books too!

This happened to me, too. I didn't realize the book had expired, so I sent them an email, and they gave me a few more days. Amazing!! I think Shutterfly is great, and they totally have my loyalty!!

Yes, this happened to me a few months ago too. One downside to their customer service is that I had to wait on hold for 45 minutes last week when I was having trouble uploading pictures! Even so, I always go there for all of my business!

I was uploading pictures at the last minute and they wouldn't go - I'm guessing they had server overload - so I emailed and they extended the deadline.

So email works very well and you won't have to wait on the line.
