Can I make peach crumble tonight for lunch on Saturday?

Tonight I was going to make a peach crumble for BBQ tomorrow tonight at friend's house to watch fireworks. But now DH has invited work friends over for Saturday lunch at our house - can I make two crumbles, take one tomorrow, and then have the 2nd one at Saturday lunch? Or will the sat. one get too soggy by the time we eat it.

I've got tones of peaches, so I'm trying to use them up.

Like as in peaches with oatmeal on top? I wouldn't -- I think it would get soggy, even by tomorrow. I would maybe cut up the peaches and freeze in 2 separate packages until you need them?

Brillant idea about freezing. I'm going to freeze several quart bags tonight to use later in the year, so I'll do this at the same time.
