This is local news from my area. I work near this area and live within 10 minutes of this park. Gave me the chills! Makes me feel angry and scared at the same time. Man was only trying to protect his daughter and almost gets killed. Hope he survives his injuries.

I'd be surprised if alcohol wasn't involved.
And WHT was that guy thinking - just reaching out and smacking random females on the hiney? What would make ANYONE think it's okay to smack a 12yo girl on the butt?

That is sickening! I hope the victim and his family are able to move forward. How scary for that family. Those convicted men I'm sure won't do enough time in my eyes.
