Bugaboo-where to find rocker stand for bassinet

We have a bugaboo frog and i've heard many moms say their LO's slept in the bassinet the first few months. How does this work--is there somewhere you can buy a reasonable rocker/stand to set it up in the bedroom?

You just use the stroller frame, and they are at the right level. We rolled it right up next to the bed, then around the house as needed. We don't really go out all that much with a tiny baby, so when we did, we either took the frame out to the car or just wore the baby.

At 2 mos, we moved them straight into the crib and got a much better night's rest. Worked well for us 2x with this method.
