I'm looking to get some drums, and I see that remo makes the rainforest (which is what i've seen IRL) and the rhythm club. Does anyone know the difference between the two?

The rainforest series is more expensive, but I'm not sure why though I'm sure the rainforest is somehow better in some way to justify the higher price. I just want to know what i'm getting to evaluate whether I should get a couple of drums in rainforest series or the rhythm club series. The discriptions doesn't help me figure out what the real difference is.

TIA!

We have the Rainforest drum. When I bought it, I was told it was better quality and better sounding. I think the heads are different materials. Maybe you can contact the company to make sure?

We have the 10" Rainforest TomTom drum. I'm not sure about the sound quality difference, but wanted to let you know that we had gotten a pretty good price ($28) on it from West Music.
