Morton's Neuroma surgery?

Hi everyone,

Has anyone had surgery to treat Morton's Neuroma ?
(an enlarged nerve in the foot, basically)

I've had this foot pain since DS was born four years ago,
after many decades of having blissfully low-maintenance feet.

I've heard, though, that some people have increased pain
after surgery -- has anyone been through this themselves?
(Or known anyone to have this surgery?).
