kettler question - happy navigator

My ds got the happy navigator (I think) for Christmas with the push bar. I have lost the directions. How do enable parental control? He just turned two, and has not learned to petal yet.

There is a black button on the front bar beneath the handle bars that you push down to lock. That way your DS can't steer while you are pushing. By the rear wheels there should be another button that you disengage that allows the rear wheels to swivel.
