Did anyone ever hear back from Bee and me??

Hoping someone got their DVD.

I got mine but it took about a month after I placed my order.

I didn't try calling, but placed an order on June 4 or 5 that just arrived this past week. I know they're swamped with GC redemptions and all. Not an excuse for not returning a call, but I haven't heard of anyone yet that hasn't received their item.

I believe you can also e-mail [email protected] (I think that's the e-mail address).

I emailed them at the [email protected] address asking about an old order that I had just gotten the picture for and I got an email back a week or so later.

I placed an order a while ago and got my video yesterday! We haven't watched it yet but even the cover looks pretty cute!

I'm really hoping we get it b'cos DD loves the other movie she has.

I placed an order at the end of June & haven't gotten it yet. I'm hoping to get it by August 18th because that's the day we're having DD's birthday party. I e-mailed them last week & haven't heard back yet. I'm a little annoyed but hopefully it's just because they're really swamped.

I placed my order at the beginning of June and got the email yesterday that it just shipped. So it took about 7-8 weeks.

I placed one in mid July and still didn't get it. When I just emailed them,
I got:

Does this really mean temporarily?

Anyone else emailed to inquire recently?

I called last week about ordering one more movie in addition to the GC and they called back within a 1/2 hour.

took about 8w to get it - then when it arrived, it didnt work on my dvd player. I emailed them promptly and got a replacement ~6w later.

I e-mailed them about 2 weeks ago and received a response the next day because I was missing some information.

I've received all 5 movies I ordered with the gc. I think it took about 4 weeks or so, which I expected due to the overload of orders. I think they are just backed up. We are sooooo happy with the movies. They are well worth the wait. It is a shame they won't be around anymore!
